Marketing officer sells Parkland 3BD for $650K

Jason Krouse and his wife, Nicole, sold a three-bedroom, two bath at 6675 NW 63rd Way in Parkland for $650,000 to Shawn Corley and his wife, Mary, on April 29.

The Krouses paid $377,500 for the home in April 2000.

The 2,879-square-foot property was built in 1995.

Mr. Krouse is chief marketing officer for Cost Containment Group, a NY-based holding company that includes insurance, brokerage/consulting and health care entities.

Before that, he worked with the Mass Marketing Insurance Institute and the Legal Club of America Corp. He was also employed with law firms Bob, Spier, Ciotelli and Kall and Associates.

Mr. Krouse earned his B.S. from Florida Atlantic University and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University.

Home sales in Parkland are down nearly 39 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price also dropped from $729,000 to $640,000 so far this year.
