Online marketplace founders sell in Parkland for $515K

Carey Harnash and his wife, Lisa, sold their four-bedroom, three bath at 7771 NW 120th Dr. in Parkland for $515,000 to Gregg I. Goldstein and his wife, Melissa, on July 22.
The Harnashes paid $389,250 for the property in March 2003.
The 3,115-square-foot house was built in 2004.
Mr. and Mrs. Harnash are the founders and former owners of the now defunct JunkYardU.com, a classified ad web site that allowed college students to post their ads online and get national exposure.
They both graduated from the University of Miami.
Home sales in
Parkland have dropped 38.7 percent thus far in 2008. Median sales price has also dropped $89,000, from $729,000 in 2007 to $640,000 thus far in 2008.
