The Koplows paid $692,428 for the 4,214-square-foot house in Dec. 2003, the same year it was built.
Dr. Koplow has been practicing as a clinical psychologist for over 15 years. She specializes in the areas of infertility or adoption, anxiety, fears and depression.
Dr. Koplow holds a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Rutgers University and is a graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
Mr. Koplow is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of Florida. He also graduated from Skidmore College.
Homes sales in Wellington dropped 28 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price decreased from $380,000 to $324,000.
