R. Fowler White and his wife, Joann, sold their three-bedroom, two bath home at 2765 NE 21st Terrace in Lighthouse Point for $520,000 to Scott W. Ritchey and his wife, Cynthia, on July 23.
The 2,726-square-foot house was built in 1963.
Mr. White serves as an associate professor of New Testament and Biblical Languages at the Knox Theological Seminary in Ft. Lauderdale, where he is also dean of faculty.
He received both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Vanderbilt University, a master's in theology from the Dallas Theological Seminary and his Ph.D. from the Westminster Theological Seminary.
Home sales in Lighthouse Point have dropped 24.7 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price, however, has risen 27.2 percent, from $415,000 in 2007 to $528,000 so far this year.
