Marcellus E. Foulke and wife, Colleen R. Foulke, bought a five-bedroom, 4.5 bath at 11332 Sea Grass Circle in West Boca from Edward R. Siegel and Barbara L. Siegel for $630,000 on July 3.

The 3,421-square-foot house was built in 1998.

Mr. Foulke is the chief information officer of Boca Raton-based TMS Health, a teleservices company that specializes in the pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods and consumer-patient industries.

He was previously the vice president of new technology of Telerx, a company specializing in customer care that provides multi-channel contact handling for various industries.

He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Norwich University in Northfield, Vt.

Home sales in West Boca dropped 73 percent in 2007. The median sales price, however, rose from $1.2 million in 2006 to $1.3 million in 2007.
