West Virginia doc sells for $1.2M in Juno Beach

Dr. Charles E. Gabe sold his three-bedroom, three bath at 700 Oceanroyale Way in Juno Beach for $1.2 million to Joseph and Eugenia Cannavo on July 16.
Gabe paid $1.15 million for the home in Aug. 2004. The 2,792-square-foot home was built in 2000.
Dr. Gabe specializes in radiation oncology at the Center for Cancer Care at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, W.V. He earned his M.D. from the Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pomona, Calif.
He completed his internship in Farmington Hills, Mich. and his residency in Detroit.
Home sales in
Juno Beach are down 2.3 percent in 2008. The median sale price is also down from $400,000 in 2007 to $260,000 so far this year.
