Automotive dealer president sells in Palm Beach for $590K

The Meades paid $615,000 for Unit #0048 in Oct. 2004.
Meade is the vice president of the Detroit Auto Dealers Association. He is also the president of Sterling Heights-based Meade Group, a family-owned automotive dealer that operates Meade Dodge Inc. of Detroit, Meade Lexus of Lakeside in Utica, and Meade Lexus of Southfield.
Condo sales in Palm Beach are down 16 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price is also down from $1,200,000 in 2007 to $1,100,000 so far this year.
Sales in the Atriums of Palm Beach dropped 87 percent in 2007. The median sales price last year was $780,000.
