Clark bought the home for the same amount in March 2006, the same year it was built.
Clark has served as CEO of The Clark Group, a business management consulting firm in Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
Home sales in Palm Beach are down 16 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sale price has also fallen from $1.2 million to $1.1 million so far this year.
