Muralist sells for $5.5M in Gulfstream

Dana Donaty, Gerald Donaty, Maria Luz Donaty and Andrew Donaty sold their three-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 1255 N Ocean Blvd. in Gulfstream to David and Patricia Knobel for $5.5 million on June 12.

Dana Donaty is a Florida-based painter and muralist. She studied fine arts at The Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia and has worked extensively on the West Coast and in Europe.

Home sales in Gulf Stream are down 72.7 percent in 2008. The median sales price, however, has risen 14.2 percent, from $1.4 million in 2007 to $1.6 million so far this year.
