North Carolina technology exec sells for $550K in West Boca

Jay Usyk and his wife, Robin, sold their home at 21342 Falls Ridge Way in West Boca for $550,000 to Kunbo Lee and his wife, Lucy, on July 1.

The house was built in 1997.

Mr. Usyk serves as director of education at Retail Solutions Providers Association, a retail technology industry headquartered in Charlotte, N.C.

He has over 30 years of retail technology experience, including vice president of sales at Sharp Electronics Inc., president of Micros of South Florida and managing director of U.S. districts at MICROS Systems. He graduated from UCLA.

Home sales in West Boca have dropped 7.5 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also dropped $64,000, from $255,000 in 2007 to $191,000 so far this year.
