Realtor spends $550K for Delray Beach 2BD

Tava Latta and her husband, Ricardo, bought a two-bedroom, single bath townhome at 1855 S. Ocean Blvd. in Delray Beach for $550,000 from Peter Posner and his wife, Marsha, on June 20.

The Lattas paid $584,000 for the home in Feb. 2006.

Mrs. Latta is a realtor with the Latta Realty Group in Miami.

Home sales in Delray Beach are down 27.5 percent in 2008. The median sales price has also dropped from $250,000 in 2007 to $205,000 so far this year.
