Fort Lauderdale financial advisor sells in Boca

Victor R. Miranda and his wife, Sally, sold a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 5882 NW 25th Ct. in Boca Raton for $1.4 million to Michael Ponser on June 10.

The 4,833 square foot property was built in 1993.

Mr. Miranda is a financial adviser at The Bridge Group in Fort Lauderdale.

He previously served as president of the Agents Advisory Council and at the New York Life Insurance Company's Agent Re-Insurance Company.

Home sales in Boca Raton have dropped 24.3 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also dropped $50,000, from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 thus far in 2008.
