Home of late Boca developer sells for $1.1M

Daniel Kaskel and the Elie Berdugo trust sold a home at 22175 Larkspur Trail in Boca Raton for $1.1 million to Harold B. Nimhauser and his wife, Cindy, on June 18.
The 4,768 square foot house was built in 2004.
The late
Mr. Berdugo was the founder and president of EB Developers Inc., a real estate company in Boca Raton.
He passed away on Feb. 12 at the age of 55.
Prior to his passing, Mr. Berdugo sold his home at 7894 Tennyson Ct. in Boca Del Mar for $975,000 on Feb. 1.
Kaskel is a real estate lawyer who currently serves as vice president and general counsel at EB Developers Inc.
The Nimhausers previously sold their four-bedroom home at
22200 Larkspur Trl. in Boca del Mar for $714,000 on April 11.
Home sales in
Boca Raton have dropped 24.3 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also dropped $50,000, from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 thus far in 2008.
