The 8,006 square foot house was built in 2001.

Mr. Seeman is president of Seeman Holtz Inc., a wealth management and financial services company based in Hollywood.

Home sales in Boca Raton have dropped 24.3 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also dropped $50,000, from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
