The Weavers paid $416,500 for the home in Feb. 2000, the same year it was built.
Dr. Dew is the medical director and founder of the Animal HealthCare Center in Lake Worth. He founded the clinic in 1997, but has been a practicing veterinarian for more than 20 years.
Mrs. Dew serves as the clinic's administrator.
Home sales in Wellington dropped 31.5 percent in 2007. Median sale price also dropped 14.4 percent, from $444,000 to $380,000 during the same period.
