Naples resort manager sells in Palm Beach Stratford

Hunter H. Hansen and his wife, Sue, sold their three-bedroom, three bath Stratford condo at 2580 S. Ocean Blvd. in Palm Beach for $2.2 million to Stephen P. Hanson on May 14.

Unit #21 is one 56 in the Palm Beach Stratford. The development was built in 1979.

Mr. Hansen serves as the general manager at Naples Grande Resort in Naples, Fla.

He previously served as the managing director at the Registry Resort and Club and the Edgewater Beach Hotel and Club.

Condo sales in Palm Beach have dropped 16.3 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price has also dropped $100,000, from at $1.2 million in 2007 to $1.1 million thus far in 2008.

Sales in the Palm Beach Stratford increased 300 percent in 2007. The median sale price was $915,000 last year.
