Olsavsky bought the house for $1.106 in a bank sale on Feb 29. The 3,420 square foot home was built in 1962.

Olsavsky is a realtor with Coral Shores Realty, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale.

He owns a Fort Lauderdale home at 5201 NE 31st Ave. , which he bought on Feb. 7.

Home sales Lauderdale-by-the-sea have dropped 35.1 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price has also dropped from $342,000 in 2007 to $285,000 this year.
