The Cartus Financial Corporation facilitated the sale. The Poidomanis paid $560,000 for the home in Dec. 2004.
Mrs. Wandell is a certified prenatal massage therapist based in Lake Worth.
Home sales in Wellington dropped 31.5 percent in 2007. Median sale price also dropped 14.4 percent, from $444,000 to $380,000 during the same period.
