Miami medical company directors sell Parkland home

Ward Dykstra and Marlo Dykstra sold a home at 7671 NW 116th Lane in Parkland for $870,000 to Michael V. Pulli and his wife, April, on May 9.
Ward Dykstra paid $830,000 for the home in Jan. 2004. The 4,653 square foot home was built in 2003.
Ward Dykstra is a director at Cordis, a Johnson and Johnson company in the Miami area that develops and manufactures products for interventional medicine, minimally invasive computer-based imaging and electrophysiology.
He attended the University of Wisconsin.
Marlo Dykstra has also served as a product director at Cordis.
He previously served as marketing manager at pharmaceutical company IVAX.
He attended Florida Atlantic University and the University of Central Florida.
Home sales in
Parkland dropped more than eight percent in 2007. The median sale price also dropped $58,000 last year, from $787,000 in 2006 to $729,000 in 2006.
