Poker player sells Juno Beach townhome

Louise Francoeur sold a two-bedroom, three bath townhome at 170 Celestial Way in Juno Beach for $675,500 to Michael T. Carp on May 6.

Francoueur paid $545,000 for the property, which is in the Cote De La Mar Townhomes, in July 2003.

Francoeur is a professional poker player. She took second place in the 2006 Legends of Poker Tournament and third in the 2006 Winter Poker Open. Most recently, she placed 86th in the 2007 Bellagio Cup III Tournament, a win that netted her $15,490.

Home sales in Juno Beach dropped more than 27percent in 2007. Median sale price also dropped $50,000 last year, from $450,000 in 2006 to $400,000 in 2007.
