Warren B. Feldman and his wife, Eileen, bought a two-bedroom, three bath in the Polo Club of Boca Raton at 5690 Huntington Park Court in West Boca from Donald and Babette Simon for $525,000 on March 27.
The Simons paid $340,000 for the 2,662 square foot house, which was built in 1988, in May 2000.
Mr. Feldman is a managing partner with the law firm of Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. in Hauppauge, N.Y. He practices criminal defense, estate planning and family law.
He is a former chairman of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Group and Prepaid Legal Services and former president of the American Prepaid Legal Services.
Feldman earned his B.A. (1970) and law degree (1976) from the State University of New York in Buffalo.
Mrs. Feldman is an educator who has worked as a speech pathologist for the Three Village Central School District in Suffolk County, N.Y. She is currently a member of the board of directors for the Port Jefferson and Northern Brookhaven Arts Council.
Home sales in West Boca dropped 24 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $285,000 to $250,000.
