The house is in the Canyong Springs subdivision.

Mr. Kirk is a realtor with RE/MAX in Cleveland, Ohio. He has won the President's Sales Club Award given by the Ohio Association of Realtors.

A native of Rocky River, Ohio, he attended Rocky River High School and graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Home sales in Unincorporated Southeast Palm Beach County dropped 46 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $556,000 to $415,000.
