Dr. Bruce Wishnov and his wife, Carol, sold a 5,367 square foot house at 9505 New Waterford Cove in West Delray to Steven and Tracy Elias for $1 million on March 31.
The Wishnovs paid $740,289 for the property in Sept. 2002.
Wishnov practices family medicine in Boca Raton. He is affiliated with the West Boca Medical Center and Palmetto Park Medical Associates.
He received his medical degree in 1983 from the Philadelphia University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He took his internship at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center and then went on to Metropolitan Hospital for his residency.
Home sales in West Delray dropped almost 26 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell to $172,000 from $275,000.
