The Mallanos paid $651,420 for the property in Sept. 2004. The 4,118 square foot house was built the same year.
Knurr is an anesthesiologist in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
He has also been affiliated with the Springhill Memorial Hospital in Mobile, Ala.
He graduated in 1989 from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham.
Home sales in Wellington dropped more than 33 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also dropped from $450,000 to $382,000.
