Energy co. treasurer buys 5BD in Palm Beach for $1.675M

Paul I. Cutler and his wife, Judith, bought a five-bedroom, four bath at 19842 Wilkinson Leas Road in Unincorporated Northeast Palm Beach County from Aaron and Patrice Arnold for $1.675 million on April 22.

The Arnolds paid $895,000 for the 4,912 square foot house, which was built in 1982, in May 2000.

Mr. Cutler has worked as treasurer for Florida energy giant FPL Group, Inc. He previously served as assistant treasurer for FPL Group and treasurer for FPL Energy. He was also a manager of finance for the South Florida Hospital Association and a financial analyst with Texas Instruments.

Cutler has a B.S. in finance from Arizona State University and M.S. in both computer information systems and business administration from the University of Miami.

Homer sales in Unincorporated Northeast Palm Beach County dropped 12 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $389,000 to $340,000.
