Anesthesiologist buys innkeeper's North Palm Beach home for $1.775M

Dr. Lawrence P. Deziel bought a 3,680 square foot home at 107 Bowsprit Drive in North Palm Beach from Kim Glowacki and Deborah Wasil for $1.775 million on April 22.
Wasil paid $2 million for the 3,680 square foot house, which was built in 1981, in June 2005. It's in the Palm Beach Lake Worth Estates.
Deziel works as an anesthesiologist in Jupiter.
He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Medicine.
In 2002, he sold a home at
135 Point Circle in Tequesta.
Wasil owns and runs lodging properties in Nantucket, Mass.; the
Martin House Inn, the
Centerboard Guest House and 28 Cliff Road.
She started running the Centerboard Guest House in 1998 after working as a banquet waitress at a resort in Cape Cod for 15 years. She also worked as a headhunter in Boston.
In 1989, she graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in management.
Home sales in
North Palm Beach dropped 22 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price fell from $285,000 to $278,000.
