Lawyer buys Parkland home for $775K

Attorney Jill R. Ziluc and David S. Ziluc bought a 4,222 square foot home at 11075 NW 79th Place in Parkland from Relo Direct, Inc. for $775,000 on April 17.

The house was built in 2007.

Mrs. Ziluc has worked as counsel for Shelowitz, Shelowitz, Terrell & Coffey, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale. Her focus is on worker's compensation insurance defense, the practice of which she began in 2001.

She was a Broward County Assistant Public Defender and represented clients in all aspects of criminal litigation. In 1999, she received the Broward County Public Defender-Juvenile Attorney of the Year Award.

Mrs. Zulic obtained her undergraduate degree in criminal justice from the University of South Florida. She earned her law degree from the Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in 1998.

Mr. Ziluc has worked as a senior executive for Infiniti, Inc., a Florida-based distributor of proprietary coatings, sealants and foams that was acquired by Urecoats Industries in 2001.

Home sales in Parkland dropped eight percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price fell from $787,000 to $730,000.
