Midwestern pork exec spends $4M for Highland Beach 5BD

James Jendruczek and his wife, Donna, bought a five-bedroom, 6.5 bath at 1087 Bel Lido Dr. in Highland Beach for $4 million from Evans Financial Services Ltd. on April 17.

Evans Financial Services Ltd. bought the property as a foreclosure for $1.7 million on March 10. It was built in 2005.

Mr. Jendruczek is the president of Trim-Rite, Inc., a custom pork boning business based in Carpentersville, Ill. He is also a board member of the Chicago Midwest Meat Association.

Home sales in Highland Beach rose less than one percent in 2007. Median sales prices, however, dropped $62,000 last year, from $630,000 in 2006 to $568,000 in 2007.
