Michigan auto lawyer buys West Delray 3BD

Lawrence E. Gursten and his wife, Sharon, bought a three-bedroom, three bath at 7760 Trieste Place in West Delray for $550,000 from Craig A. Stein on April 1.

Stein paid $825,000 for the home in May 2006. It was built in 1999.

Mr. Gursten is an attorney at Gursten, Koltonow, Gursten, Christensen & Raitt, PC, a firm specializing in automotive law in Michigan. He specializes in representing people injured in automotive accidents.

He earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit.

Home sales in West Delray dropped nearly 26 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped $103,000 last year, from $275,000 in 2006 to $172,000 in 2007.
