Errol and Nancy Zentmyer bought a three-bedroom, three bath at 115 Venetian Drive in Delray Beach for $530,000 from Jerome Shatsky and his wife, Susan D. Lapham, in Oct. 2001.
Mr. Zentmyer has worked as vice president of sales for Cross Tec Corporation, a Boca Raton-based IT company. He has also served as vice president of the government sector for the firm.
The Zentmyers sold another property at
315 Venetian Drive for $189,000 in Sept. 2001.
Lapham has worked as a paralegal in Delray Beach.
Shatsky has worked as a real estate broker with Assist to Sell in Coral Springs.
The 2,040 square foot property, which was built in 1995, is in the Antilles Place Townhomes. In 2007, there were no sales in the
community. In 2006, the median sales price was $957,500.
Condo sales in
Delray Beach dropped 42 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped $46,000 last year, from $245,000 in 2006 to $199,000 in 2007.
