Siemen's attorney sells for $800K in Ocean Ridge

Cory D. Heith sold his three-bedroom, three bath at 7 Hudson Avenue in Ocean Ridge for $800,000 to Susan Master on April 14.

The 3,256 square foot home, which was built in 1989, was listed for as high as $1.19 million.

Heith has worked as general counsel with Siemens Communications, Inc., based New York.

He earned his bachelor's from Emory University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law School.

Home sales in Ocean Ridge dropped 23 percent in 2007. The median sales price, however, increased $42,000, going from $808,000 to $850,000.
