Canadian realtor sells West Palm Beach 4BD for $750K

Laura Budd bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 10141 Heronwood Lane in West Palm Beach for $750,000 from Martin and Helen Gettler on April 8.

The Gettlers paid $670,000 for the home in June 2004.

The 3,521 square foot property, which was built in 1999, was listed as high as $895,000.

Mr. Gettler is a sales representative with Coldwell Banker Innovators Realty in Ontario, Canada. He specializes in commercial investment property in Toronto and the Palm Beach area.

Prior to this, he spent 30 years in engineering machine design, building window washing equipment for high-rise buildings.

Mr. Gettler has a degree in mechanical engineering technology from Seneca College in Toronto.

The property is located in the Ibis Golf and Country Club. The community has six different subdivisions with homes ranging from $350,000 to over $2 million.

Home sales in West Palm Beach dropped more than 49 percent in 2007. The median sales price, however, rose from $254,000 to $255,000 last year.
