Luiz Jacques Dasilveira and his wife, Maisa, bought a three-bedroom, four bath at 125 Windward Drive in Palm Beach Gardens for $575,000 from Donald A. Kurasch and his wife, Mary J. Riordan on April 14.
Kurasch and Riordan paid $445,000 for the property in June 2003.
Kurasch is an attorney and founding partner of Kurasch and Klein, a Chicago-based personal injury firm. He has also been a guest lecturer on urban law for the City Colleges of Chicago.
Kurasch earned his B.A. from Grinnell College in Iowa and J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
The property is located at BallenIsles Country Club. Riordan and Kurasch sold another property there at 106 Banyan Isle Drive for $660,000 in June 2003.
Tennis stars Serena and Venus Williams have owned a home in BallenIsles since 1998.
Home sales in Palm Beach Gardens dropped 41 percent in 2007. The median sales price also fell from $365,000 to $320,000.
