Robert Cirulnick bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 22200 Larkspur Trail in Boca del Mar for $714,000 from Bruce and Cindy Nimhauser on April 11.
The Nimhausers paid $825,000 for the home in June 2006.
The 2,071 square foot home was built in 1978.
Mr. Cirulnick is the executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Meritas Family of Schools, a group of 11 private college preparatory schools with headquarters in Fort Lauderdale.
He previously spent 13 years in various financial operating roles for Frito-Lay, including roles as the vice president and controller for Frito-Lay North America. He has also worked for United Natural Foods and Delta Airlines.
He earned his bachelor's in accounting and information systems from Queens College-CUNY.
Home sales in Boca del Mar dropped more than 12 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped $45,000 last year, from $405,000 in 2006 to $360,000 in 2007.
