Dr. Todd Fralich sold his Park Tower condo at 1151 N. Atlantic Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale for $850,000 to Kenneth Zarrilli Jr. and Joshua McKinney on April 17.
Fralich paid $450,000 for Unit #18A in May 2001.
Dr. Fralich is the medical director and founder of NorthPoint Medical, a medical clinic in Fort Lauderdale that provides care for gay men, including treatment of HIV and AIDS. Founded in 1999, the clinic focuses on general men's health care, check-ups, medical treatment and prevention care.
Originally from Chicago, Dr. Fralich earned his M.D. from Rush Medical College in the Windy City.
There are 66 units in the Park Tower condo.
Condo sales in Fort Lauderdale dropped 31 percent in 2007. The median sales price, however, rose $12,000 last year, from $331,000 in 2006 to $343,000 in 2007.
Condo sales in the Park Tower dropped 20 percent in 2007, and the median sales price also dropped $197,000, from $708,000 to $508,000.
