Healthcare exec spends $2.05M for Wellington 6BD

Kevin P. Enterlein and his wife, Andrea, bought a six-bedroom, 7.5 bath at 15885 Boeing Court in Wellington for $2.05 million from Jeanine Dillman and her husband, Spencer, on Sept. 13, 2007.

The Dillmans paid $2,023,750 for the home in July 2006.

Mr. Enterlein has served as regional vice president of network development for Aetna Inc., the New York-based diversified healthcare benefits company. He oversees the company's Southeast region, which includes Florida and Georgia.

Mrs. Dillman is a real estate agent and a co-founder of Distinctive Properties, a West Palm Beach development company that specializes in marketing pre-construction properties for less than their market value to people who purchased before construction began.

She has also worked in for Sotheby's International Realty in Destin.

Home sales in Wellington dropped more than 30 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped $64,000 last year, from $444,000 in 2006 to $380,000 in 2007.
