Century 21 agent spends $910K in Parkland

Robert Tenace and his wife, Karol, bought a new house at 9507 Satin Leaf Place in Parkland for $910,000 from WCI Communities Inc.

Tenace is a real estate agent and the founder of Century 21 Tenace Realty, Inc. in Coral Springs and Boynton Beach. He founded the division of the national real estate giant Century 21 in 1980.

Home sales in Coral Springs dropped more than 29 percent in 2007. The median sales price, however, rose $38,000 last year, from $253,000 in 2006 to $291,000 in 2007.
