Jack Robbins sold a three-bedroom, three bath condo in the Reaches development at 5280 N. Ocean Dr. in Riviera Beach to Joseph and Patricia Esposito for $535,000 on March 13.
Mr. Robbins and wife, Barbara Mulloy-Robbins, bought the 2,200 square foot Unit #0166 for $310,000 in May 1999.
The condo was listed as high as $725,000.
Mr. Robbins is the founder of Singer Island, Fla.-based Mana-Tee Concepts, LLC, the creator of Mini Mad Wheelz, which is a line of mini-character toy cars.
He is the founder and former owner of New Jersey die-cast toy car manufacturer Road Champs which was acquired by Malibu-based Jakks Pacific, Inc. in 1997.
Mr. Robbins owns a home at 133 Tranquilla Dr. in Palm Beach Gardens, which he bought in 2007.
Mrs. Robbins is a spiritual counselor at Interfaith Ministries in New Jersey. She has a master's degree in counseling and she focuses on pre-marital counseling, substance abuse prevention and pastoral counseling.
A published author, her memoir A Mother's Diary tells of how a business executive struggled with her life as a career woman and a mother of two boys suffering from Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Condo sales in Riviera Beach dropped 20 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price increased from $242,000 to $310,000.
Reaches, built in 1981, has 17 floors.
