The 3,681 square foot home, built in 2000, is in the Greenview Cove of Wellington.
Mrs. Stoll is a 1996 graduate of of The King's Academy in West Palm Beach.
In 2003, the Stolls sold property in the Charter Club of Palm Beach at 225 Foxtail Drive in Greenacres which they bought in 2001, a month before their August wedding.
Home sales in Wellington dropped more than 33 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also dropped from $450,000 to $382,000.
