Mr. Catalfumo paid $1.28 million for Unit #7B in Dec. 2005.

Mr. Catalfumo, a noted building contractor and real estate developer, is the founder, president and CEO of Catalfumo Construction and Development, Inc., which is headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens. His personal net worth is estimated in the range of $100 million.

He's been building in South Florida since 1978, and a few of the area landmarks he's helped construct are the Office Depot National Headquarters, Port of Palm Beach Cruise Terminal and the Scripps-Howard Broadcasting Building.

Condo sales in Riviera Beach dropped 20 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price increased from $242,000 to $310,000.
