Coatings consultant sells in Palm Beach County

Robert L. Cusumano sold a 1,906 square foot home at 2343 Hope Lane in Unincorporated Northeast Palm Beach County for $1,035,958 on July 21, 2006.

The two-story home, which was built in 1971, is in the Hope Acres community.

Since 1986, Mr. Cusumano has been the president of Coatings Consultants, Inc., a paints and coatings consulting firm in Palm Beach Gardens.

He is also the VP of future enterprises of the Palm Beaches, Inc. and former president of Sun Art Painting Corporation.

Mr. Cusumano earned his B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and M.S. from the University of Florida.

Home sales in Unincorporated Northeast Palm Beach County dropped more than 15 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $385,000 to $340,000.
