It was listed as high as $697,500.
Mr. Ettorre has worked as president of The Pomeroy Corporation, an executive recruitment firm in West Palm Beach.
He is also a member of the SHRM consultants forum.
Mr. Ettorre has written several articles and a book on business management practices.
Home sales in Wellington dropped more than 33 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also dropped from $450,000 to $382,000.
