Former Xerox CFO loses $45K on Tiffany Gardens condo

Barry Romerill sold his two-bedroom, two bath condo in Tiffany Gardens at 1610 N. Ocean Blvd. in Pompano Beach for $400,000 to H And K Development on Feb. 11.
Romerill paid $445,000 for Unit #1104 in Feb. 2007.
Romerill is a former accountant and the former chief financial officer for the Xerox Corporation. He retired from the company in Dec. 2001.
There are 195 units in the Tiffany Gardens condo development.
Condo sales in
Pompano Beach dropped 12 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped $5,000 last year, from $190,000 in 2006 to $185,000 in 2007.
Condo sales in the
Tiffany Gardens dropped nine percent in 2007, and the median sales price dropped $2,000, from $380,000 to $378,000.
