Former real estate co. COO sells 5BD in Weston for $1.64M

Gil Jacob Nehamkin and wife, Sigalit, sold a five-bedroom, five bath home at 3807 Pine Lake Dr. in Weston to Ramon and Imagreimy Lezama for $1.64 million on March 5.

The Nehamkins paid $179,000 for the property in Sept. 1996. The 6,981 square foot house was built in 1999.

It was listed as high as $1.775 million.

Mr. Nehamkin was a founding member has worked as COO of The Tower Group, a general contracting and construction management services firm headquartered in Davie.

He founded the company with two other colleagues at the Adler Group, a Miami real estate firm. In 2007, Spain's OHL Group acquired The Tower Group.

Home sales in Weston increased by less than one percent through December 2007 versus the same period in 2006. The median sales price dropped from $451,000 to $402,000.
