Eye doctor pays over $1.4M for Palm Beach condo

Dr. David Greenseid and wife, Linda, sold a one-bedroom, two-bath condo at 150 Bradley Place in Palm Beach's Biltmore building to Lynn W. Brodsky for $1,439,700 on Feb. 22.

Unit #203C spans 1,568 square feet.

Dr. Greenseid is an ophthalmologist at Eye Care PC in Lynn, Mass.

He received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and his training in ophthalmology from the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and the Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

Mrs. Greenseid has served as board chair of the Cohen Hillel Academy in Marblehead, Mass. She has also served on the board of trustees of the Solomon Schechter Day School Association headquartered in New York City.

Condo sales in Palm Beach dropped 17 percent through December 2007 versus the same period in 2006. The median sales price also fell $800,000 to $750,000.

The Palm Beach Biltmore, which was built in 1980, has 128 units.
