The Borkars paid $1,597,794 for the home in July 2006.
Yogesh Borkar is a former senior international equity analyst for Chicago-based investment firm Ibbotson Associates. He joined the company in 2001.
He previously worked in the same role for ValueQuest/TA for five years and also had a stint with Aetna Investments.
He earned his M.B.A. from Yale University and his bachelor's in Business Management from the University of Bombay.
Home sales in Davie dropped 23 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped $8,000, from $260,000 in 2006 to $252,000.
