Mortgage broker gets $1.15M for Wellington 5BD

Domenick Pupo and his wife, Toni, sold their five-bedroom, five bath at 3432 Collonade Dr. in Wellington for $1.15 million to John Law on June 30, 2006.

The Pupos paid $626,213 for the property in Aug. 2005.

Mr. Pupo is the president of JDS Mortgage Brokers Inc. in Boca Raton.

Home sales in Wellington dropped 33 percent in 2007. The median sales price also fell from $450,000 to $382,000 last year.
