Horse stable owner, private investor sell Wellington 6BD for $4.5M

Janice and Robert Aron sold a six-bedroom, nine bath at 2714 Sheltingham Dr. in Wellington's Palm Beach Polo and Country Club to Richard and Terri Kane for $4.5 million on Feb. 7.
The Arons paid $2.225 million for the 9,017 square foot house, which was built in 1998, in Oct. 2004.
Mrs. Aron is the president of
Kinloch Enterprises, a horse stable and riding academy in Keswick, Va. and Wellington. She is also the head of Keswick Equestrian Foundation, which supports Virginia charities through equestrian events.
Mrs. Aron was born in Kitwe, Zambia and raised in South Africa.
Mr. Aron is a private investor.
Home sales in
Wellington dropped 33 percent through December 2007 versus the same period in 2006. The median sales price fell from $450,000 to $382,000.
