Selwin and Analisa Gishen sold a five-bedroom, four bath at 5020 NW 24th Circle in Boca Raton to Rebecca Finger for $1.4 million in Dec. 27, 2006.
The Gishens paid $960,000 for the 3,830 square foot house, which was built in 1998, in Oct. 2004.
Mr. Gishen has worked as a trader of Forex, Bond and Equities for private equity funds.
The South African native has also written a number of books such as Trading the Forex Market, which is a foundation course for online traders. His most recent title, Mind, urges readers to "Discover how changing your mind can change your life."
Mr. Gishen, who moved to the U.S. in 1976, is a student of the late tantric yoga master Mani Finger, founder of Ishta Yoga in South Africa. He married Finger's daughter, Analisa.
Mrs. Gishen is a jewelry designer. Her line, the Om Mani Yoga, is inspired by the life and work of her father.
