Douglas A. and Debra V. Datille sold a four-bath, 4,001 square foot home at 1100 Fairview Lane in Riviera Beach's Palm Beach Isles community to David and Suzanne Brady for $1.181 million on Jan. 7.

The Datilles paid $335,000 for the house, which was built in 1981, in Dec. 1996.

Mr. Datille runs the family-owned and operated business, Datille Plumbing, which has been servicing Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach and Wellington for more than 34 years.

Home sales in Riviera Beach dropped 33 percent through December 2007 versus the same period in 2006. The median sales price though increased from $218,000 to $250,000.
